A Dead LanguageYou remember those days,
When you were young,
And the most of your worries was coming home with a bad grade,
Or forgetting to take your lunch to school,
And so on.
Those were the days,
When you were free.
It began to take place when,
The feeling of being alone,
Came to you,
And hit you in the face really hard.
But you acted as though you didn’t know what lonely meant,
And went on with your life.
Eventually you started to,
Count the hearts that you'd broken,
And the friends that you lost.
You foolishly asked yourself the wrong questions,
And you were terrified of hearing the right answers.
Began to look into your own reflection,
And didn’t recognize the face staring right back at you.
You realized that you won’t ever be the best at anything,
You stopped trying to be.
You’re not much of a good person anymore.
Maybe you never were.
You would remind yourself that you’re okay,
And that you don’t need any
